About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Portland, Oregon who specializes in assessment and therapy with young children, adolescents, and individual work with parents. I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Oregon. My clinical experiences have focused on assessment and therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults, and parents from diverse backgrounds and with complex histories and symptoms. I conduct assessments and provide therapy for children and adolescents with significant emotional and behavioral challenges due to depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, or other environmental factors. I have received specialized training in early childhood, particularly in working with parents with young children.

I utilize evidenced based approaches in my practice which are tailored to meet the individual needs of clients. My clinical work is strongly influenced by motivational interviewing, social learning theory, behavioral and cognitive-behavioral approaches, and trauma informed care. I view assessment and therapy as collaborative processes in which we will work together as partners to fully understand you or your child’s strengths and weaknesses, provide effective and efficient treatment to help you meet your goals, overcome barriers, and live the life you want yourself or your child to be living.

More about me: I have lived in Oregon for most of my life. In my free time I love to hike, explore the PNW, and relax with my family.
